The Ozzy Osbourne Family Bobble Head pens. This is the complete Set Of 4. New in the package, these pens measure 6.5 inches long. Each package is 9"x4". Nice collectable novelty toy still in the pack. Just a note printed on the package is a Warning that states small parts not for children under 3 years. These were produced, sealed and packaged in 2002. See the scans for package wear. I observe that except for the Ozzy all of these are  somewhat wavy cardboard, slight surface creasing and all of them  are completely sealed. No holes or tears in the cardboard. Just look at that smile on Ozzie Osbourne's face. Since these are almost 20 years old I would be surprised if you were able to write with these.
